The face, heart and hands behind Clinic83.
I am a mum and a body contouring and lymphatic drainage therapist. Clinic83 grew from my belief that caring for ourselves and feeling confident in our bodies can go hand in hand.
How it began
After extending my family again, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to work for myself and still be present for my children. Being a mum is my greatest role, but I also wanted to show them that with strength, determination and self-belief, you can build something meaningful from the ground up.
Body contouring immediately appealed to me. It was more than the physical transformation. I was drawn to helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel confident in their own skin.
Turning challenge into purpose
Just before starting my training, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. At first I worried it would hold me back. My trainer and mentor, Sophie Yerby, an award-winning body contourist and author, had walked a similar path and became a source of encouragement. She helped me see that my diagnosis was not a reason to stop, but a reason to keep moving forward.
Learning about the lymphatic system and how to support the body felt like confirmation that this was the path for me. The connection between wellbeing, confidence and understanding how our bodies work all clicked into place. I went on to develop my skills with master-class training in pre- and post-surgery lymphatic drainage and maderoterapia (wood therapy), and partnered with Bioslimming Paris.
My mission
I am passionate about helping people feel informed, supported and comfortable in their bodies. Whether you are looking to feel less puffy, explore body contouring, address the appearance of cellulite or simply take time for yourself, I will listen to your goals and guide you with care and honesty.
My mission is simple: to empower every person who walks through my door to feel confident, supported and at home in their body. All shapes, all sizes, all stories are welcome, whether your goal is wellness, confidence or both. Helping you feel beautifully sculpted along the way is a welcome bonus.
2026 Awards & Recognition
I am proud to have won Best Therapist 2026, been named a two-time finalist in the HBA Awards 2026, and received Highly Recommended recognition for Best New Talent and HBA Rising Star. These honours mark a special milestone in my journey with Clinic83.
Training and approach
I trained with Sophie Yerby and completed master-class training with Kowua. My development includes advanced wood therapy, pre- and post-surgery lymphatic drainage, and CPD-accredited training in lymphatic drainage massage, wood therapy and post-surgery treatments. I also partner with Bioslimming Paris to offer its specialist treatment. Clinic83 is the only clinic offering the Bioslimming Paris treatment across Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Techniques learned from award-winning practitioners inform my work, but every appointment is planned around the individual.
My own health experience shapes the way I work. I know that wellness and body confidence can be personal, so your treatment starts with a conversation about you, your comfort and what is appropriate. You will find education, encouragement and a welcoming place to explore your options.
